摘要
以辽宁省14个地级市的工业企业为主要研究对象,运用fs-QCA方法进行组态分析,探究前因条件对企业技术创新的联动影响。结果发现,任意单一条件均不是构成工业企业高与非高技术创新的必要条件,结果由多种因素共同作用;高技术创新的组态路径共有3条,技术基础建设、企业规模及地区经济发展水平在企业技术创新中发挥重要作用;非高技术创新由4条组态路径构成,与高技术创新相比呈现出非对称性的特点。
The main research object is industrial enterprises in 14 prefecture level cities in Liaoning Province.The fs-QCA method was used for configuration analysis to explore the linkage effect of antecedent conditions on enterprise technological innovation.It is found that any single condition is not a necessary condition for high and non-high technological innovation in industrial enterprises,and the result is influenced by multiple factors.Secondly,there are three configuration paths for high-tech innovation,and technological infrastructure construction,enterprise scale and regional economic development level play an important role in enterprise technological innovation.Finally,non-high-tech innovation consists of four configuration paths,which exhibites asymmetric characteristics compared to high-tech innovation.
