摘要
煤矿瓦斯抽采是减少矿井风排出瓦斯量、防治瓦斯灾害的治本措施,而智能化瓦斯抽采是未来瓦斯抽采发展的必然趋势。当前我国矿井瓦斯抽采设备的智能化程度还不高,总体上还处在初级阶段。如何在矿井瓦斯抽采中实现信息化、自动化、智能化是一个亟待解决的问题。根据矿井瓦斯抽采实际,探讨了瓦斯智能化抽采的原理,围绕瓦斯地质智能勘探、抽采钻孔智能设计、智能钻机、智能抽采系统等方面对矿井瓦斯智能化抽采技术的发展现状进行了梳理,可为矿井瓦斯智能化抽采建设提供参考。
Coal mine gas extraction is to reduce the amount of gas discharged from the mine wind,prevent and control gas disasters,and intelligent gas extraction is the inevitable trend of the future development of gas extraction.At present,the degree of intelligence of mine gas extraction equipment in China is not high,and it is generally still in the primary stage.How to achieve internationalization,automation and intelligence in mine gas extraction is an urgent problem to be solved.According to the actual mine gas extraction,the principle of intelligent gas extraction was discussed,and the development status of intelligent mine gas extraction technology was sorted out around the aspects of intelligent exploration of gas geology,intelligent design of extraction wells,intelligent drilling rigs and intelligent extraction systems,which could provide reference for the construction of intelligent mine gas extraction.
