基于DEMATEL-ISM的铁路施工组织设计影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Railway Construction Organization Design Based on DEMATEL-ISM

为了提高在铁路建设过程中的施工效率和质量,提取了经济因素、环境因素、管理因素、技术因素4个方面共12个铁路施工组织设计方案的影响因素。通过构建DEMATEL-ISM组合模型,得出各影响因素的重要程度、因果关系以及因素间的层次结构。结果表明,铁路施工组织设计的影响因素分为直接因素、间接因素和根本因素3层。施工环境、质量管理、施工进度计划、资源配置方式、施工方案选择、施工工艺与方法是影响铁路施工组织设计的重要影响因素。最后,通过分析重要影响因素提出了针对性的对策建议。

In order to improve the construction efficiency and quality in the process of railway construction,a total of 12 influencing factors of railway construction organization design scheme was extracted from four aspects that were economic factors,environmental factors,management factors and technical factors.By constructing the DEMATEL-ISM combination model,the importance,causal relationship and hierarchical structure of each influencing factor were obtained.The results show that the influencing factors of railway construction organization design can be divided into three layers,such as direct factors,indirect factors and fundamental factors.Construction environment,quality management,construction schedule,resource allocation mode,construction scheme selection,construction technology and method are important influencing factors affecting railway construction organization and design.Finally,by analyzing the important influencing factors,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
