电子雷管在小断面隧道、井桩作业中拒爆问题探究

摘要 为解决电子雷管在小断面隧道、基坑、井桩爆破作业过程中存在的拒爆、盲炮等问题,通过调研拒爆时的4种现象分别分析产生拒爆的原因,并提出加强药头保护、增强雷管威力、改善延时方案等解决措施,为爆破施工中出现类似电子雷管拒爆、盲炮等问题提供参考。 When electronic detonators are used in the blasting operation of small-section tunnels,foundation pits and well piles,there are many problems such as misfire detonation,blind shot and others.In order to solve this problems,the causes are analyzed by investigating the four phenomena after misfire.Furthermore,solutions are proposed such as strengthening the protection of the fuse head,enhancing the power of the detonator,and improving the delay scheme.It can provide references for similar problems such as misfire detonation and blind shot of electronic detonators in blasting construction.
