摘要
在弘扬教育家精神的过程中,不同程度地存在着宣传形式空洞化、呈现方式机械化、职教元素缺位化等问题,原因在于未能对教育家精神在不同教育领域的适配性进行组成元素的深度挖掘与本质内涵的多维阐释。通过扎根理论研究发现,在职业教育领域弘扬“躬耕教坛、强国有我”的教育家精神时,存在“职师”信念、“职师”情操、“职师”技艺、“职师”仁心四大要素,这四大要素共同构成了一个完整的教育家精神“职教拼图”,并形成了紧密的关联与互动过程。在建设教育强国、构建现代职业教育体系的背景下,进一步推进职教师资队伍建设,需要将教育家精神“职教拼图”及其中各要素之间的动态联系作为一整块精神拼图嵌入新时代职业教育改革发展的版图中,以打造具有教育家精神的新时代职教师资队伍。
In the process of carrying forward the educator spirit,there are some problems in varying degrees,such as the hollowing out of propaganda form,the mechanization of presentation and the absence of vocational education elements.The reason is that the adaptability of the educator spirit in different fields of education has not been explored in depth and explained in multiple dimensions.Through grounded theory research,it is found that when carrying forward the educator spirit of"cultivating the educational world and strengthening the country with me"in the field of vocational education,there are four elements,namely,the belief,sentiment,skills and benevolence of"vocational education teacher",which together constitute a complete"vocational education puzzle"of educator spirit,and form a close relationship and interactive process.In the context of building an education power and a modern vocational education system,to further promote the construction of vocational education teaching staff,it is necessary to embed the"vocational education puzzle"of the educator spirit and the dynamic relationship between the elements as a whole into the territory of the reform and development of vocational education in the new era,so as to build a vocational education teaching staff with the educator spirit in the new era.
