教育家精神引领下的职教援疆模式创生与特色彰显——来自天津职业技术师范大学的实践探索

Model Creation and Characteristics of Vocational Education Assistance to Xinjiang under the Guidance of Educator Spirit:Based on Practical Exploration of Tianjin University of Technology and Education

摘要 职业教育援疆是落实国家治疆方略,推动新疆地区教育发展的重要举措。随着援疆工作的深入推进,职业教育援疆理念也从“资源输血”“经济推动”走向“特色发展”,充分挖掘新疆职业教育自身发展的潜力,利用自身优势资源进行特色化建设,以特色带动整体,促进教育质量整体提高。基于特色发展理念,以教育家精神为引领,天津职业技术师范大学开展了职业教育援疆支教的实践探索、理论研究和经验总结,形成了“两核三重三层”的援疆支教模式,打造了学校“津色胡杨林”职业教育援疆品牌,进一步彰显了职业教育援疆的特色。 Vocational education assistance to Xinjiang is an important measure to implement the national strategy of governing Xinjiang and promote the development of education in Xinjiang.With the deepening of the work of assistance,the idea of vocational education assistance to Xinjiang has also changed from"resource transfusion"and"economic promotion"to"characteristic development",fully tapping the own potential of vocational education development in Xinjiang,using the own superior resources for characteristic construction,driving the overall improvement with characteristics,and improving the overall quality of education.Based on the idea of characteristic development,and guided by the educator spirit,the practical exploration,theoretical research and experience summary of vocational education assistance to Xinjiang were carried out by Tianjin University of Technology and Education,and the model"two-core three-tier three-layer"of vocational education assistance to Xinjiang was formed,the characteristic brand of"Jinse Huyanglin"vocational education assistance to Xinjiang was established,which furtherly highlights the characteristics of vocational education assistance to Xinjiang.
