摘要
本文通过分析近几年铜陵市农药管理发展状况,梳理了主要做法和取得成效,分析了当前存在的问题及原因,从以行政监管为统领做优市场治理、以过程监管为抓手做精源头管控、以体系建设为支撑做细回收利用、以技术培训为保障做强人才队伍4个方面提出意见建议。
This article analyzes the development of pesticide management in Tongling City in recent years,outlining the main practices and achievements.It examines the current problems and their causes and proposes suggestions from four aspects:improving market governance through administrative supervision,refining source control through process oversight,enhancing recycling and utilization with system supporting,strengthening the talent team through technical training.
