江苏农药产业现状与高质量发展对策建议

The Status Quo and Recommendations forHigh-quality Development of the Pesticide Industry in Jiangsu

“加快构建新发展格局,推进产业高质量发展”是党的二十大提出的一项重要战略任务。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记三次在全国两会期间到江苏代表团参加审议,三次赴江苏考察调研均提出要加快建设现代化产业体系。“十四五”是江苏省农药产业转型升级窗口期和关键期,本文梳理了江苏农药产业发展现状,分析产业发展面临问题与挑战,提出推进农药产业高质量发展对策建议。

Accelerating the construction of a new development pattern and promoting high-quality industrial development is an important strategic task proposed by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The“14th Five-Year Plan”is a window and critical period for the transformation and upgrading of the pesticide industry in the province.This article summarizes the current development status of Jiangsu’s pesticide industry,analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the industry development,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote its highquality development.
