摘要
为减小柴油机高压共轨系统的共轨管内压力波动,使用AVL Boost Hydsim软件建立某柴油机高压油泵及共轨管一维仿真模型,分析柴油机转速和柱塞直径、柱塞腔容积、柱塞个数、共轨管内径等高压共轨燃油系统结构参数对共轨管压力波动的影响。仿真结果表明:增大柴油机转速、增大高压油泵柱塞直径、减小高压油泵柱塞腔容积,可以减小轨压波动;增大共轨管内径能有效抑制压力波动;柱塞个数变化使供油次数和喷油器喷油次数一致时,可以减小轨压波动。
In order to reduce the pressure fluctuation in the common rail pipe of the high-pressure common rail system of diesel engine,a one-dimensional simulation model of the high-pressure oil pump and common rail pipe of a diesel engine is established by AVL Boost Hydsim software,and the influence of the structural parameters of the high-pressure common rail system,such as the speed of the diesel engine,the diameter of the plunger,the volume of the plunger cavity,the number of plungers and the inner diameter of the common rail tube,the pressure fluctuation of the common rail tube is analyzed.The simulation results show that increasing the speed of the diesel engine,increasing the diameter of the plunger of the high-pressure oil pump,and decreasing the volume of the plunger cavity of the high-pressure oil pump can reduce the fluctuation of rail pressure.Increasing the inner diameter of the common rail tube can effectively suppress the pressure fluctuation.When the number of plungers changes so that the number of oil supply times is the same as the number of fuel injections of the injector,the degree of rail pressure fluctuation can also be reduced.
