订单农业对家庭农场规范化管理的影响——来自全国家庭农场监测的微观证据

Research on the Influence of Contract Farming on the Standardized Management of Family Farms——Micro Evidence from National Family Farm Monitoring

提高家庭农场规范化管理水平是建立健全家庭农场规范运营制度的内在要求,亦是推动家庭农场高质量发展的必要条件。本文基于2017—2018年种植类家庭农场面板数据,以家庭农场是否具有完整日常收支记录作为家庭农场规范化管理的代理变量,考察订单参与行为对家庭农场规范化管理的影响。研究发现:相对于无订单参与行为的家庭农场,订单参与行为能够促进种植类家庭农场形成完整日常收支记录的概率至少提高6.94%,有订单参与行为的粮食类家庭农场形成完整日常收支记录的概率将提高7.14%。在采用PSM-DID估计方法进行实证分析后,估计结果依然稳健。下一步,为加快促进家庭农场规范化管理,要不断强化订单农业与家庭农场的利益联结机制,提升农场主综合素质,发挥典型农场的示范带动作用,推动家庭农场土地集中连片经营。

Improving the standardized management level of family farms is not only the intrinsic requirement for establishing and perfecting the standardized operation system of family farms,but also the necessary condition for promoting the high-quality development of family farms.Based on the panel data of planting family farms from 2017 to 2018,this paper explores the influence of contract farming participation behavior on the standardized management of family farms by using the complete daily income and expenditure records as a proxy variable for the standardized management of family farms.The study found that,compared with family farms without contract farming participation behavior,contract farming participation behavior can promote the probability of forming complete daily income and expenditure records by at least 6.94%for planting farms,and the probability of forming complete daily income and expenditure records by 7.14%for grain farms with contract farming participation behavior.The empirical analysis using PSM-DID estimation method shows that the estimated results are still robust.As a next step,in order to accelerate the standardization management of family farms,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the interest linkage mechanism between contract farming and family farms,improve the comprehensive quality and literacy level of farm owners,further strengthen support for demonstration creation work of family farms,and promote the centralized and continuous operation of family farm land.
