预防自体动静脉内瘘狭窄的研究进展

自体动静脉内瘘(AVF)是终末期肾病血液透析患者的生命线,静脉流出道狭窄是导致AVF功能丧失的最常见原因之一。一旦出现吻合口狭窄,将严重影响患者的血液透析质量和生命健康。目前,预防AVF狭窄的主要手段包括手术、术中及术后药物预防和局部腔内治疗等。近年来,随着对AVF狭窄的病理生理机制研究的不断深入,治疗手段的不断改进,以及腔内设备的不断发展,预防AVF狭窄的措施也在不断优化。本文就预防AVF狭窄的策略研究进展进行阐述,以期为基础研究和临床工作的开展提供参考。

Arteriovenous fistulas(AVF)is the lifeline of hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease.Venous stenosis is one of the most common cause of AVF failure.Once the anastomosis stenosis,it will seriously affect the quality of hemodialysis and patients'health.At present,the main methods for preventing AVF stenosis include surgery,intraoperative and postoperative drug prevention,and local intracavitary treatment.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of research on the pathological and physiological mechanisms of AVF stenosis,the continuous improvement of treatment methods,and the continuous development of intracavitary equipment,measures to prevent AVF stenosis have also been continuously optimized.This review elaborates on the research progress of strategies for preventing AVF stenosis,in order to provide reference for the development of basic research and clinical work.
