我国高校创新创业人才培养机制优化研究

Research on the Optimization of the Training Mechanism of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Colleges and Universities in China

创新是引领发展的第一动力。开展创新创业教育是我国创新型国家建设和高等教育发展的必然要求,而创新创业人才培养机制在创新创业教育与实践中发挥着重要作用。以华南理工大学为例,从动力机制、协同机制、评价机制3个维度分析创新创业人才培养机制的运行情况,发现其存在动力机制驱动不足、协同机制不够健全、评价机制有待完善等问题。因此,提出以政策保障为抓手培育动力机制、以资源流动为契机健全协同机制和以过程评价为重点完善评价机制等建议,以期为完善高校创新创业人才培养机制提供借鉴。

The training mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in colleges and universities plays an important role in innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice.This paper analyzes the operation of the training mechanism of innovative and entrepreneurial talents from three dimensions:dynamic mechanism,coordination mechanism and evaluation mechanism,and finds that there are some problems,such as insufficient motivation mechanism,insufficient coordination mechanism,and teacher-student evaluation mechanism.In order to improve the training mechanism of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,some suggestions were put forward,such as cultivating the driving force mechanism with policy guarantee as the starting point,improving the coordination mechanism with resource flow as an opportunity,and improving the evaluation mechanism with the process evaluation as the focus.
