摘要
齿槽转矩是高性能永磁同步电机设计和制造中必须考虑和解决的关键问题[1]。如何有效削弱齿槽转矩,使指标在合理的范围内,对于永磁电机的设计至关重要。现针对船用永磁同步推进电机,基于ANSYS有限元利用三种方法分析了该电机的齿槽转矩。
The cogging torque is a key index that has to be considered and solved in the designing and manufacturing processes of high-performance PMSM.How to effectively weaken the cogging torque and make the index within a reasonable range is crucial for the design of PMSM.Based on ANSYS finite-element method,this paper analyzes the cogging torques of marine permanent magnet synchronous propulsion motor by three methods.
