变频调速节能技术在防爆电机中的应用

摘要 现代电机技术的发展过程中,变频调速节能技术的应用提升了防爆电机控制的精度与可靠性。为了合理应用变频调速节能技术,首先分析了该技术在防爆电机中的主要应用方向,并在此基础上,针对石化生产过程中液氨输送泵防爆电机的应用案例,分析变频调速节能技术是如何发挥作用的。通过了解该技术的实际应用方式、应用效果,为变频调速节能技术的进一步应用和发展提供更好的支持。 In the development process of modern motor technology,the application of variable-frequency adjustable-speed energy-saving technology has improved the control accuracy and reliability of explosionproof motor.In order to reasonably apply the technology,this paper firstly analyzes the main application direction of the technology in explosionproof motor.On this basis,this paper analyzes how the technology plays a role in the application case of the explosion-proof motor of liquid ammonia transport pump during the petrochemical production.Through understanding the practical application mode and effect of the technology,it provides better support for the further application and development of the variable-frequency adjustable-speed energy-saving technology.
