This paper analyzes an abnormal heating event of the trolley knife switch of large-current switch cabinet on the low-voltage side of main transformer.The cause of heating is discovered and the fault is timely resolved by on-site inspection,which ensure the reliability of power consumption during the period of load peak.This paper analyzes the event,provides the subsequent preventive measures,and carries out the the explanation for different measures.It provides some reference for troubleshooting and preventing similar faults.
