医护一体化联合运动疗法对维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响

The Impact of Integrated Medical and Nursing Combined with Exercise Therapy on the Quality of Life of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的探究医护一体化联合运动疗法对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年7月至2023年5月于医院接受MHD的60例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例,为避免组间沾染,两组患者分别安排在透析中心A区及B区进行透析。对照组透析期间实施常规护理干预,观察组予以医护一体化联合运动疗法干预,两组均干预3个月。比较两组干预前、干预3个月的营养状态[营养不良-炎症评分表(MIS)]、疲乏程度[疲劳量表-14(FS-14)]、躯体功能[6分钟步行距离试验(6MWT)]及生活质量[生活满意度评定表(LSR)]。结果干预3个月,两组MIS评分均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);干预3个月,两组FS-14评分均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);干预3个月,两组6MWT均增长,且观察组6MWT更长(P<0.05);干预3个月,两组LSR评分均升高,且观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化联合运动疗法干预可有效改善MHD患者营养状况,减轻其疲乏程度,提高其躯体功能及生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of integrated medical and nursing combined with exercise therapy on the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods Sixty patients who underwent MHD in hospitals from July 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.In order to avoid inter-group contamination,the two groups of patients were arranged for dialysis in the A and B areas of the dialysis center.The control group received routine nursing intervention during dialysis,while the observation group received integrated medical and nursing combined with exercise therapy intervention.Both groups received a 3-month intervention.The nutritional status[Malnutrition Inflammation Scale(MIS)],fatigue level[Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14)],physical function[6-minute walking distance(6MWT)],and quality of life[Life Satisfaction Rating Scale(LSR)]were compared between two groups before and after 3 months of intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the MIS scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group had a lower score(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,both groups had a decrease in FS-14 scores,and the observation group had a lower score(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,both groups had an increase in 6MWT,and the observation group was longer(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the LSR scores of both groups increased,and the observation group had a higher score(P<0.05).Conclusions The integrated medical and nursing and exercise therapy intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of MHD patients,reduce their fatigue level,and improve their physical function and quality of life.
