膀胱功能康复训练应用于宫颈癌根治术后患者的效果

Effect of Bladder Function Rehabilitation Training on Patients with Cervical Cancer after Radical Operation

目的探讨膀胱功能康复训练对于宫颈癌根治术后患者的膀胱功能影响。方法根据随机数字表法将2022年1月至2023年12月来我院接受治疗的68例宫颈癌根治术后患者分为对照组34例与观察组34例,对照组采用术后常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加入膀胱功能康复训练,干预周期为2周。比较两组患者的膀胱功能、拔管时间、拔管后首次排尿时间、尿潴留及尿路感染的情况。结果观察组在术后第3天、第1周、第2周的膀胱功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的拔管时间、拔管后首次排尿时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的尿潴留率、尿路感染率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膀胱功能康复训练有助于改善宫颈癌根治术后患者的逼尿肌功能,促进膀胱功能恢复,降低尿路感染。

Objective To explore the effect of bladder function rehabilitation training on bladder function of patients after radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer.Methods According to the random number table method,68 patients who came to our hospital for radical hysterectomy from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into the control group(34 cases)and the observation group(34 cases).The control group were given routine postoperative care,while the observation group were given rehabilitation training of bladder function on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of intervention,the bladder function,extubation time,first urination time after extubation,urinary retention and urinary tract infection were compared between the two groups.Results On the 3rd day,1st week and 2nd week after operation,the bladder function score of the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The extubation time and the first urination time after extubation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The urinary retention rate and urinary tract infection rate in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusions Rehabilitation training of bladder function is helpful to improve the detrusor function of patients with cervical cancer after radical surgery,promote the recovery of bladder function and reduce urinary tract infection.
