摘要
目的探究分析全血淋巴细胞EB病毒核酸定量检测在儿童EB病毒感染诊断中的应用。方法选取于2022年1月至2022年12月疑似儿童EB病毒感染共101例作为本次研究对象。对疑似EB病毒感染的儿童采用荧光定量法明确全血淋巴细胞,同时采用酶联免疫吸附试验,明确EBV-CA-IgM抗体水平,了解不同类型儿童上述指标之中所存在的差异。结果疑似EB病毒感染患儿全血淋巴细胞EBV-DNA检出阳性率高于EBV-CA-IgM抗体阳性率(P<0.05)。结论EBV感染的儿童可在实际落实早期诊断工作的过程中,引导疑似EB病毒感染的儿童开展全血淋巴细胞EBV-DNA检测,进而协助医师更好地掌握患儿的实际病情状态,为后续治疗方案的制订提供有力的数据支持。
Objective To explore and analyze the application of quantitative detection of EB virus nucleic acid in whole blood lymphocytes in the diagnosis of EB virus infection in children.Methods A total of 101 children with suspected EB virus infection from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Fluorescence quantification was used to determine whole blood lymphocytes in children suspected of EB virus infection,while enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine EBV-CA IgM antibody levels and understand the differences in the above indicators among different types of children.Results The positive rate of EBV-DNA detection in whole blood lymphocytes of children suspected of EB virus infection was higher than that of EBV-CA IgM antibody(P<0.05).Conclusions Children suspected of EB virus infection can be guided to undergo whole blood lymphocyte EBV-DNA detection in the process of early diagnosis,which can assist physicians in better understanding the actual condition of the children and provide strong data support for the formulation of subsequent treatment plans.
