小青龙汤联合常规西药治疗老年慢性支气管炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction Combined with Routine Western Medicine in Treating Senile Chronic Bronchitis

目的探究老年慢性支气管炎治疗中采取常规西药与小青龙汤联合方案的临床效果。方法选择大田县文江镇卫生院收治的108例老年慢性支气管炎患者(2020年1月至2023年6月),经随机数字表法分组。对照组54例予以常规西药治疗,研究组54例予以常规西药+小青龙汤治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、症状消失时间、炎症水平、肺功能及血气分析指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息及气促症状消失时间均比对照组短(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组动脉氧分压(PaO_(2))比对照组高,二氧化碳分压(PCO_(2))比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性支气管炎在常规西药治疗基础上联合小青龙汤可以促进炎症消退、肺功能恢复,改善血气分析指标。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of conventional western medicine and Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of chronic bronchitis in the elderly.Methods One hundred and eight elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were selected from Wenjiang Town Health Center of Datian County(from January 2020 to June 2023),and grouped by random number table method.In the control group,54 cases were treated with conventional western medicine,and in the study group,54 cases were treated with conventional Western medicine plus Xiaoqinglong decoction.The effective rate of treatment,time of symptom resolution,inflammation level,lung function and blood gas indexes were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,expectoration,wheezing and shortness of breath in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the counts of procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and white blood cells in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow rate and forced expiratory volume in the first second after treatment were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the partial pressure of oxygen in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment of chronic bronchitis in the elderly combined with Xiaoqinglong decoction can promote the regression of inflammation,the recovery of lung function,and improve the blood gas analysis index.
