少腹逐瘀汤联合左氧氟沙星对慢性盆腔炎患者临床疗效、炎症因子及免疫球蛋白水平的影响

Effects of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Levofloxacin on Clinical Efficacy,Inflammatory Factors,and Immunoglobulin Levels in Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的 探讨慢性盆腔炎(PID)患者采用少腹逐瘀汤联合左氧氟沙星综合治疗对临床疗效、炎症因子及免疫球蛋白(Ig)水平的影响。方法 选取2022年3月至2023年6月我院收治的PID患者共计96例,以随机数字表法分成对照组(n=48)与研究组(n=48),对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组给予少腹逐瘀汤联合左氧氟沙星治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎症因子及Ig水平。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为93.75%(45/48),较对照组的79.17%(38/48)更高(P <0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分较治疗前降低(P <0.05),而且研究组较对照组更低(P <0.05)。两组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平以及免疫球蛋白水平较治疗前降低,而且研究组较对照组更低(P <0.05)。结论 少腹逐瘀汤联合左氧氟沙星用于治疗慢性盆腔炎,可缓解炎症反应,改善免疫功能及临床疗效。

Objective To explore the effects of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with levofloxacin on clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,and immunoglobulin(Ig)levels in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).Methods A total of 96 PID patients who were admitted in our hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected,and randomly divided into the the control group(n=48)and study group(n=48).The control group was treated with levofloxacin,while the study group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with levofloxacin.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factors,and Ig levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%(45/48),which was higher than that of the control group(79.17%,38/48)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and immunoglobulin in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction and levofloxacin in the treatment of PID can improve clinical efficacy,alleviate clinical symptoms and inflammatory reactions,and improve immune function.
