优质护理理念应用于老年疝气手术患者护理中的价值

Value of High-Quality Nursing Concept Applied to Nursing of Elderly Patients with Hernia Operation

目的探讨优质护理理念应用于老年疝气手术患者护理中的价值。方法选择2022年1月至2023年10月福建省泉州市洛江区罗溪卫生院接诊的60例老年疝气手术患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将患者分成两组,每组30例,其中参照对比组实施常规护理,优质服务组实施优质护理理念,对比两组患者护理前后焦虑及抑郁情绪评分情况、生活质量评分情况。结果优质服务组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分低于参照对比组(P<0.05)。优质服务组生活质量评分高于参照对比组(P<0.05)。结论针对老年疝气手术患者,优质护理理念可更好地缓解其焦虑及抑郁等不良情绪状态,提升其生活质量。

Objective To explore the application value of high-quality nursing concepts in the nursing of elderly patients undergoing hernia surgery.Methods Sixty elderly patients who underwent hernia surgery at Luoxi Health Center in Luojiang District,Quanzhou City,Fujian Province from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with a sample size of 30 in each group.The reference control group received routine nursing care,while the high-quality service group received high-quality nursing concepts.The anxiety and depression scores,as well as the quality of life scores,were compared between the two groups before and after nursing care.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the quality service group were lower than those of the reference control group(P<0.05).Quality of life score of quality service group was higher than that of reference control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For elderly patients undergoing hernia surgery,high-quality nursing concepts can better alleviate their negative emotional states such as anxiety and depression,improve their quality of life.
