子宫肌瘤切除患者实施手术室优质护理的效果

Study on the Effect of Implementing High-Quality Nursing in the Operating Room for Patients Undergoing Uterine Fibroid Resection

目的分析手术室优质护理在子宫肌瘤切除术中的有效性。方法选取我院在2022年1月至2023年12月接诊的60例子宫肌瘤切除患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例,对照组采用传统手术室护理,观察组采用手术室优质护理,比较两组并发症发生率、不同时间段应激反应、术后恢复情况。结果观察组并发症(感染、低体温、恶心呕吐、术后水肿)发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组气腹时、气腹10 min、手术结束时的心率、收缩压、舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的饮食恢复时间、术后首次下床时间、首次排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室优质护理在子宫肌瘤切除术中的效果好,有利于降低患者并发症发生率,应用价值高。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of high-quality nursing in the operating room during uterine fibroidectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with hysteromyomectomy admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional operating room care,while the observation group received high-quality operating room care.The incidence of complications,stress reactions at different time periods,and postoperative recovery were examined in both groups.Results The incidence of complications(infection,hypothermia,nausea and vomiting,postoperative edema)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group during pneumoperitoneum,10 minutes of pneumoperitoneum,and at the end of surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The dietary recovery,first postoperative ambulation,first exhaust,and hospitalization time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality nursing in the operating room has a good effect on the removal of uterine fibroids,which is beneficial for reducing the incidence of complications in patients and has high application value.
