晚期肝癌介入患者的多维度护理方案分析

Analysis of Multi-Dimensional Nursing Plan for Patients with Advanced Liver Cancer after Interventional Therapy

目的探讨晚期肝癌介入患者的多维度护理方案及其效果。方法选取厦门市中医院收治晚期肝癌介入患者(纳入时间:2021年7月至2023年12月;纳入例数:82例),采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组:对照组(41例)和观察组(41例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受多维度护理方案,包括心理护理、生理护理、营养护理和社会支持等方面。观察两组生活质量、疼痛程度、并发症发生率等指标。结果观察组患者的EORTC QLQ-C30评分高于对照组,PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分及NRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多维度护理方案应用于晚期肝癌介入患者可显著提高其生活质量,有效减轻疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the multi-dimensional nursing program for patients with advanced liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy and its effect.Methods A total of 82 patients with advanced liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(inclusion time:July 2021 to December 2023)were selected and randomly divided into two groups by digital random method:the control group(41 cases)and the observation group(41 cases).The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received a multi-dimensional nursing program,including psychological care,physiological care,nutritional care and social support.The quality of life,pain level,complication rate and other indicators of the two groups were observed.Results The EORTC QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PSQI score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS,SDS score and NRS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The multi-dimensional nursing program applied to patients with advanced liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy can significantly improve their quality of life,effectively reduce the degree of pain and the incidence of complications.
