摘要
目的在老年病干部保健科护理实习带教中采取层级带教模式,探究其带教成效。方法筛选时间段在2022年11月至2023年11月老年病干部保健科中接收的护生(均为女性)为研究对象,合计46名,以不同的带教方式分组。其中研究组23名护生,采用层级带教模式;对照组23名护生,实施常规带教模式。对比两组带教效果,借助医院自制的护生实习考评评价表,同时使用叶倩所编制的护理学生临床沟通能力评估量表作为依据,分析护理带教价值。结果研究组职业素质、基本理论、基本技能、整体护理能力、护理文书书写分值比对照组高(P<0.05)。同时研究组护生的沟通能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论层级带教模式应用在老年病干部保健科护理实习中,能够提高护生的沟通能力,并且提高护生的出科考评成绩,以便于日后更好地为患者服务。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of the hierarchical teaching model in the nursing internship of geriatric healthcare officers.Methods During the screening period from November 2022 to November 2023,46 nursing students(all female)admitted to the Health Department of geriatric cadres were studied,and they were divided into different teaching methods.Among them,23 nursing students in the study group adopted the hierarchical teaching mode.Control group of 23 nursing students,the routine teaching mode.The effect of teaching was compared between the two groups,and the value of teaching was analyzed with the help of the nursing students'practice evaluation form made by the hospital and the nursing students'clinical communication ability evaluation scale prepared by Ye Qian.Results The scores of professional quality,basic theory,basic skill,overall nursing ability and nursing writing in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the communication ability of nursing students in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of hierarchical teaching mode in the nursing practice of the health department of geriatric cadres can improve the communication ability of nursing students,and improve the performance of nursing students'examination,so as to better serve patients in the future.
