摘要
微小型无人平台等新一代武器装备的发展对弹药系统提出了微型化、智能化、集成化等要求,因此,微起爆系统应运而生。文章分析了微起爆系统的组成及特点,并结合应用环境要求,从微结构换能元、微纳结构药剂、微安保装置、炸药驱动飞片4个关键技术以及微起爆系统应用的角度,对国内外相关研究现状进行总结和研判,针对中国微起爆系统面临的挑战,提出了未来微起爆系统的发展思路和建议。
The development of next-generation weapons and equipment,including micro unmanned platforms,necessitates the advancement of ammunition systems that are miniaturized,intelligent,and highly integrated.As a result,micro-initiation systems have emerged.This paper delves into the composition and characteristics of the micro-initiation system.It also summarizes and evaluates relevant research progress both domestically and internationally,focusing on four key technologies:Micro-structure energy conversion components,micro-nano structured energetic materials,micro safety and arming devices,and explosive-propelled flyers,as well as the utilization of micro-initiation systems,considering the application requirements.Finally,after taking into account the challenges confronting the micro-initiation system in China,this study offers insights into potential future development strategies and recommendations.
