摘要
酸浸提纯法是石英加工提纯方法中最常用的方法之一。为探究高效去除石英中铁杂质元素的工艺及反应机理,以甘肃某地石英岩矿为研究对象,草酸和氢氟酸为浸出剂,探究了不同酸配比、质量浓度以及酸浸温度对酸浸效果的影响,并推导了混酸浸出石英岩矿的动力学模型。结果表明:酸浸温度对酸浸效果影响较大,85℃为最佳酸浸温度,1%HF+10%草酸为最佳浸出剂,酸浸后石英岩矿中的Fe_(2)O_(3)含量由磁选后精矿的442.23μg/g降低至58μg/g,除铁率可达86.88%。
Acid leaching purification method is one of the most commonly used methods in quartz processing and purification.In order to explore the process and reaction mechanism of efficient removal of iron impurity elements in quartz,a quartzite ore in Gansu Province was taken as the research object,and oxalic acid and hydrofluoric acid were used as leaching agents.The effects of different acid ratios,mass concentrations and acid leaching temperatures on the acid leaching effect were investigated,and the kinetic model of mixed acid leaching of quartzite ore was derived.The results show that the acid leaching temperature has a great influence on the acid leaching effect.85℃ is the best acid leaching temperature,and 1%HF+10% oxalic acid is the best leaching agent.After acid leaching,the Fe_(2)O_(3) content of the quartzite ore is reduced from 442.23μg/g of the concentrate after magnetic separation to 58μg/g,and the iron removal rate can reach 86.88%.
