非物质文化遗产(以下简称“非遗”)作为民族文化的瑰宝,承载着丰富的历史信息和文化记忆。随着数字信息技术的快速发展,非遗的保护与传承迎来了新的机遇。本文旨在探讨非遗数字化资源库的构建方法及其活化路径,通过数字化手段实现非遗的全面记录、有效管理与广泛传播,从而推动非遗在新时代的传承与发展。文章首先分析了非遗数字化保护的必要性和现状,随后提出了非遗数字化资源库构建的具体策略,最后探讨了非遗数字化资源的活化路径,以期为非遗保护工作提供实践参考。

Intangible cultural heritage(hereinafter referred to as“ICH”),as a treasure of national culture,carries rich historical information and cultural memory.With the rapid development of digital information technology,the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage have ushered in new opportunities.This article aims to explore the construction methods and activation paths of intangible cultural heritage digital resource libraries,and to achieve comprehensive recording,effective management,and widespread dissemination of intangible cultural heritage through digital means,thereby promoting the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage in the new era.The article first analyzes the necessity and current situation of digital protection of intangible cultural heritage,then proposes specific strategies for constructing a digital resource library of intangible cultural heritage,and finally explores the activation path of digital resources of intangible cultural heritage,in order to provide practical reference for intangible cultural heritage protection work.
