激光熔覆工艺在电厂锅炉热管修复中的使用

摘要 锅炉热管修复是运维工作的重点内容,旨在提高管道的耐磨损性能,保证锅炉的运行安全。文章分析了电厂锅炉热管磨损的原因及危害,指出了激光熔覆工艺的原理和优势;通过试验方式对激光熔覆合金复合涂层的耐腐蚀性能进行了说明,并以案例方式评价了该工艺在电厂锅炉热管修复中的应用效果。结果显示,锅炉热管增加激光熔覆层后,不仅提高了管道防磨性能,而且锅炉运行参数稳定,表明该工艺可在热管修复中推广应用。 Boiler heat pipe repair is a key focus of operation and maintenance work,aiming to improve the wear resistance of pipelines and ensure the safety of boiler operation.The article adopts methods such as literature review,experimental analysis,and case reference to point out the causes and hazards of heat pipe wear in power plant boilers,as well as the principles and advantages of laser cladding technology;by analyzing the corrosion resistance of laser cladding alloy composite coatings,this article elaborates on the application of this technology in the repair of heat pipes in power plant boilers.The results show that adding laser cladding layer to the boiler heat pipe not only improves the anti wear performance of the pipeline,but also stabilizes the operating parameters of the boiler,which can be promoted and applied in heat pipe repair.
