基于核壳柱的高效液相色谱法快速测定环境水中11种三嗪类除草剂

Rapid determination of 11 triazine herbicides in aqueous environment via high performance liquid chromatography with core-shell column

摘要 建立了采用核壳色谱柱的高效液相色谱快速测定水中11种三嗪类除草剂的方法。比较了全多孔填料色谱柱和核壳填料色谱柱对11种三嗪类除草剂的分离效果,优化了检测波长、流动相pH、柱温、流速以及梯度变化速率等条件,仅在15.5 min内完成了高效液相色谱分离检测。在优化条件下,11种三嗪类除草剂的线性范围为0.20~50.0μg/L,线性相关系数均≥0.9992。方法检出限为0.04~0.05μg/L,定量限为0.16~0.20μg/L,加标回收率为85.2%~106.5%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~6.1%。本方法适用于地表水和地下水等环境水样中11种三嗪类除草剂的测定。 A high performance liquid chromatography method employing a core-shell column was established for the rapid determination of 11 triazine herbicides(TAHs)in aquatic environment.The separation efficiency of core-shell chromatography column for 11 triazine herbicides was compared with fully porous packing chromatography columns.After optimizing detection wavelength,mobile phase pH,column temperature,flow rate,and gradient steepness,the chromatographic separation and detection were completed within 15.5 minutes.Under the optimal conditions,the linear range of the 11 TAHs was from 0.20 to 50.0μg/L,with all linear correlation coefficients being greater than or equal to 0.9992.The detection limits ranged from 0.04 to 0.05μg/L,and the quantification limits ranged from 0.16 to 0.20μg/L.The spiked recovery rates ranged from 85.2%to 106.5%with relative standard deviations ranging from 1.8%to 6.1%.This method is suitable for the determination of 11 TAHs in environmental water samples,such as groundwater and surface water.
