聚乙烯亚胺荧光增敏法快速高灵敏检测金霉素

A polyethyleneimine-based fluorescence sensitization strategy for the rapid and highly sensitive detection of chlortetracycline

摘要 在弱酸性环境中利用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)可对金霉素(CTC)荧光增敏的特性,建立了一种简便快速、高灵敏检测水体和牛奶中痕量CTC的荧光分析方法。在最优条件下,该体系对CTC的定量线性范围为0.005~10μmol/L,检出限为2.7 nmol/L。在实际水体和牛奶中检测CTC的回收率均在88.7%~99.7%之间。该体系在分析实际样品中CTC残留方面具有很好的应用前景。 A simple,rapid and highly sensitive fluorescence analysis method for the detection of trace chlortetracycline(CTC)in water and milk was established by using polyethyleneimine(PEI)as a fluorescence sensitizer.Under the optimal conditions,the detection limit of the method was 2.7 nmol/L for CTC in a quantitation linear range of 0.005-10μmol/L.Moreover,the recoveries of CTC in actual water and milk samples were 88.7%-99.7%.The proposed method has a good performance in analysis of CTC residue in real samples.
