摘要
建立了离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中8种阴离子(高氯酸盐、氟化物、氯化物、硝酸盐、硫酸盐,亚硝酸盐、溴化物,磷酸盐)、5种消毒副产物(二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸、溴酸盐、亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐)和草甘膦共14种目标物的分析方法。饮用水样经0.22μm滤膜过滤后直接进样,使用在线KOH淋洗液发生器实现多步梯度洗脱,经IonPac AS19分析柱分离,电导检测器检测。实现了14种目标物的基线分离,目标物在各自的浓度范围内与信号值呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.9995,方法检出限为0.3~2.3μg/L,满足GB/T 5750-2023的要求。以自来水为基质样品,按低、中、高3个浓度水平进行加标实验,平均加标回收率范围为91.5%~104.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.06%~3.1%,满足GB/T 27417-2017的要求。该方法一次进样可同时分析饮用水中14种目标物,适用于批量饮用水中多组分的同时测定。
An ion chromatography method for simultaneous determination of eight common anions(perchlorate,fluoride,chloride,nitrite,nitrate,sulfate,bromide,and phosphate),five disinfection by-products(dichloroacetic acid,trichloroacetic acid,bromate,chlorite,and chlorate)and glyphosate in drinking water has been established.The drinking water samples were injected directly after being filtered through the 0.22μm membrane,eluted by using the automatic KOH eluent generator,separated by the IonPac AS19 column,and detected by a conductivity detector.Fourteen target substances were completely separated from the baseline and had good linear relationships with the signal values in their respective concentration ranges.The correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9995,and the detection limits were in the range of 0.3-2.3μg/L,meeting the requirements of GB/T 5750-2023.Using tap water as the matrix sample,the average recoveries of this method at low,medium and high spiked levels were 91.5%-104.6%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 0.06%-3.1%,meeting the requirements of GB/T 27417-2017.Using this method,14 kinds of target substances in drinking water can be simultaneously detected by one injection.It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of batches of drinking water with multiple components.
