公共价值引领中档案馆话语权建构的要素、问题与路径

Elements,Problems and Paths of the Construction of the Speaking Right of Archives in Public Value Guidance

公共价值引领是社会公众形成广泛共识的重要方式,档案馆作为开展公共价值引领活动的关键场域,其话语权的建构关系到公共价值引领效果。通过阐释公共价值引领中档案馆话语权的概念,立足其话语主体、话语内容、话语方式与话语客体四个建构要素,分析当前在公共价值引领中档案馆话语权建构存在的不足,并从维护档案馆话语权威、增强档案馆话语效果、拓展档案馆话语范围、强化档案馆话语认同等方面提出建构的路径。

Public value guidance is an important way for the public to form a broad consensus.As a key field to launch public value guidance activities,the construction of the speaking right of archives is related to the effect of public value guidance.By explaining the concept of the speaking right of archives in the guidance of public value,based on the four construction elements of discourse subject,discourse content,discourse mode and discourse object,this paper analyzes the problems of the construction of the speaking right of archives in the guidance of public value.It also puts forward the construction path from the aspects of maintaining the authority of the archives'discourse,enhancing the effect of the archives'discourse,expanding the scope of the archives'discourse and strengthening the discourse identity of the archives.
