摘要
为拓展就业能力的前因研究,本文基于信号理论研究职业自我效能对就业能力的影响机制,探讨个人品牌资本的中介作用和坚毅力的调节作用。通过对679名国企员工进行多时点的问卷调查,研究结果表明:(1)个人品牌资本中介了职业自我效能与就业能力之间的正相关关系;(2)坚毅力调节了职业自我效能对个人品牌资本的影响,同时调节了个人品牌资本在职业自我效能与就业能力之间的中介效应。本文丰富了信号理论在就业能力研究中的运用,并厘清了职业自我效能对就业能力的影响机制,同时为员工建立个人品牌资本、提高就业能力提供实践指导。
Previous studies show that the relationship between occupational self-efficacy and employability is not clear.Aiming at addressing this limitation,this study draws on the signaling theory to investigate the association between occupational self-efficacy and employability by exploring the mediating role of personal brand equity and the moderating role of grit.We used a time-lagged research design,collecting data from 679 state-owned enterprise employees.The findings indicate that personal brand equity mediates the positive relationship between occupational self-efficacy and employability.In addition,grit positively moderates the effect of occupational self-efficacy on personal brand equity,as well as the indirect relationship between occupational self-efficacy and employability via personal brand equity.The current research theoretically enriches the application of signaling theory in employability research and clarifies the mechanism of the influence of occupational self-efficacy on employability.Meanwhile,the findings provide practical guidance for employees to build personal brand equity and improve employability.
