摘要
针对聚氯乙烯生产中混合气冷冻脱水工艺存在的问题进行了工艺优化,包括乙炔凝液密闭回用、“管束式除雾器+床层式除雾器”两级除雾器结合、多点压力监控技术和自动水分检测仪的应用等。以上优化措施实施后,混合脱水后混合气含水质量分数稳定控制在6×10^(-4)以下,转化系统腐蚀减少,运行平稳,自动化水平得到了提高。
Process optimization were carried out to address the problems in the mixed gas freeze dehydration process in polyvinyl chloride production,including the closed reuse of acetylene condensate,the combination of a two-stage demister consisting of a tube bundle demister and a bed demister,multi-point pressure monitoring technology,and the application of automatic water analyzer.After the implementation of the above optimization measures,the water content in the mixed gas after dehydration was stably controlled below 6×10^(-4).Thus,the corrosion of the conversion system was reduced,the operation was stable,and the automation was improved.
