摘要
基于“明体达用、体用贯通”的鲜明特质,习近平文化思想引领新时代高校思政课高质量发展具有三重向度:在理论向度上,习近平文化思想引领高校思政课高质量发展在于准确把握“时”与“势”的统一,坚持“守”与“创”的协调,体现“魂”与“根”的契合;在价值向度上,习近平文化思想体现出以文化人的育人温度,拓展了高校思政课理论教学的创新维度,增强了学科交叉的融合力度,彰显了中华文明的民族气度;在实践向度上,高校思政课建设坚持以习近平文化思想为引领,走好政治自觉、文化自信、技术自立和学科自强的高质量发展道路,以“体”贯之“用”,实现理论指引、价值呈现和实践运用的有机统一。
Based on the distinctive characteristics of“ming ti da yong and ti yong guan tong(understanding the essence to achieve practical application,and integrating essence with function)”,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture guides the high-quality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era across three dimensions.In the theoretical dimension,the high-quality development of ideological and political courses guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Culture lies in accurately grasping the unity of“timing”and“trends”,adhering to the balance between“preservation”and“innovation”,and embodying the harmony between“spirit”and“roots”.In the value dimension,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture emphasizes the nurturing warmth of fostering virtue through education,expands the innovative dimensions of theoretical teaching,strengthens the integration of interdisciplinary approaches,and highlights the national spirit of Chinese civilization.In the practical dimension,the construction of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,following a path of high-quality development characterized by political consciousness,cultural confidence,technological independence,and academic strength.By integrating“ti(essence)”and“yong(function)”,this approach seeks to achieve the organic unity of theoretical guidance,value presentation,and practical application.
