Approaches to Effective Realization of Common Prosperity under a Market Economy

中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化。市场经济作为一种经济运行模式,是实现共同富裕的有效探索形式,但市场经济与共同富裕之间存在着内在张力,只有着力解决市场经济内在的弊端,才能以市场经济的路径,实现共同富裕的最终目标。这一过程必须立足于市场经济的发展实际,破解不同时期市场经济与共同富裕耦合不足的问题。中国共产党在探索实现共同富裕的过程中经历了探索初期的“有共同欠富裕”,到市场经济初期的“有富裕欠共同”,再到如今全面推进的“以市场经济实现共同富裕”等历程,共同富裕的探索取得了丰硕成果。有鉴于此,在探索市场经济条件下共同富裕的实现过程中,需要通过守住集体所有制的底线,发展多种形式的农村集体经济组织,探索联农带农的有效机制,引导主体之间的经济联合等不同角度推动以市场经济实现共同富裕。

Chinese modernization is the modernization of the common prosperity of all the people.As an economic operation mode,market economy is an effective exploration form to achieve common prosperity.However,there is an inherent tension between market economy and common prosperity.Only by focusing on solving the inherent drawbacks of market economy can we achieve the ultimate goal of common prosperity through the path of market economy.This process must be based on the actual development of the market economy and solve the problem of insufficient coupling between market economy and common prosperity in different periods.In the process of exploring the realization of common prosperity,the Communist Party of China has experienced the process of"common lack of prosperity"in the early stage of exploration,to the"rich and difficult to be common"in the early stage of market economy,and then to the comprehensive promotion of"common prosperity with market economy".The exploration of common prosperity has achieved fruitful results.In view of this,in the process of exploring the realization of common prosperity under the condition of market economy,we need to hold the bottom line of collective ownership,develop various forms of rural collective economic organizations,explore the effective mechanism of linking agriculture with agriculture,and guide the economic integration between the main bodies to promote the realization of common prosperity in the market economy from different angles.
