基于手动粘合珍珠棉的多层粘合模式自动化改善

摘要 珍珠棉是一种新型环保包装材料,具有防潮、隔音、防震、保温等良好性能,采用人工加热的方式粘合。文章通过对珍珠棉所需层数的选择进行不同方式的粘合,定义了1层模式、2层模式、3层模式、4层模式;通过可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)对4套伺服进行同步控制,实现不同层数及对应珍珠棉高度的精准控制,从而实现不同层数的堆叠粘合,可替代人工粘合动作,在极大程度上提升效率。 Pearl cotton is a new type of environmentally friendly packaging material with good properties such as moisture resistance,sound insulation,shock resistance and thermal insulation.It is bonded by artificial heating.This paper defines one-layer model,two-layer model,three-layer model and four-layer model by selecting different bonding methods for the required number of layers of pearl cotton.By using programmable logic controller(PLC)to synchronously control four sets of servo,it achieves accurate control of different layer number and corresponding pearl cotton height,so as to achieve stacking bonding of different layer number.It can replace manual bonding actions and greatly improve efficiency.
