当前,人们对天然纤维的需求越来越大。在此背景下,文章探讨了纺织工程中新型天然纤维的提取与应用。首先,介绍了新型天然纤维的定义和分类,包括天然彩棉纤维、大麻纤维和竹纤维等。其次,详细阐述了这些纤维的提取工艺,如转基因技术用于生产天然彩棉纤维、物理和化学方法用于提取大麻纤维和竹纤维。最后,讨论了新型天然纤维在纺织领域的应用,强调了它们在环保性、舒适性和功能性等方面的优势以及如何通过改性处理提升纤维性能,以满足现代纺织品的市场需求。
Currently,there is an increasing demand for natural fibers among people.In this context,the article explores the extraction and application of new natural fibers in textile engineering.Firstly,the definition and classification of new natural fibers are introduced,including natural colored cotton fibers,hemp fibers,bamboo fibers,etc.Secondly,the extraction processes of these fibers are elaborated in detail,such as the use of genetically modified technology for producing natural colored cotton fibers,and physical and chemical methods for extracting hemp fibers and bamboo fibers.Finally,the application of new natural fibers in the textile industry is discussed,emphasizing their advantages in environmental friendliness,comfort,and functionality,as well as how to improve fiber performance through modification to meet the market demand for modern textiles.
