Türkiye's Development Assistance to Africa and Its Strategic Intentions

21世纪以来,土耳其对非洲的发展援助迅速扩大,其援助对象和主要领域都经过刻意选择,援助手段呈现出软性特征。土耳其扩大对非洲发展援助的主要目的是塑造具有全球影响力的地区大国形象,获取能源和开拓市场、扩大贸易,在非洲伊斯兰国家发挥引领作用,并应对西方国家和其他新兴国家在非洲的竞争。土耳其对非发展援助取得了不少成效,但战略目标的实现受到制约。

Since the beginning of the 21st century, Türkiye's development assistance to Africa has expanded rapidly. Its assistance recipients and major areas have been deliberately selected. The main purpose of Türkiye's expansion of development assistance to Africa is to shape the image of a regional country with global influence, obtain energy and open up markets, expand trade, play a leading role in African Islamic countries, and cope with competition from Western countries and other emerging countries in Africa. Türkiye's development assistance to Africa has achieved many results, but the realization of strategic goals is constrained.
