中药单体调控线粒体功能改善非酒精性脂肪性肝病研究进展

摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是一种以肝脂肪变性为主要特征的慢性肝病,其发病机制与线粒体功能障碍密切相关。线粒体功能障碍可引起许多病理变化,如脂质代谢紊乱、氧化应激、自噬异常等,可加重脂肪肝进展,引起肝细胞炎症和死亡,甚至导致肝细胞癌的发生。中药单体(白藜芦醇、丁香酚、天麻素、姜黄素、葛根素、黄芩苷、槲皮素、川芎嗪、丹酚酸B、枸杞多糖、人参皂苷等)可通过调控线粒体脂质代谢紊乱、氧化应激及自噬异常等起到防治NAFLD、延缓NAFLD进展的作用。 Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a chronic liver disease characterized by hepatic steatosis,and its pathogenesis is closely related to mitochondrial dysfunction.Mitochondrial dysfunction can cause many pathological changes,such as lipid metabolism disorders,oxidative stress,abnormal autophagy,etc.,which can aggravate the progression of fatty liver,cause hepatocyte inflammation and death,and even lead to the occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma.Traditional Chinese medicine monomers(resveratrol,eugenol,gastrodin,curcumin,puerarin,baicalin,quercetin,ligusrazine,salvianolic acid B,wolfberry polysaccharides,ginsenosides,etc.)can play a role in preventing and delaying the progression of NAFLD by regulating mitochondrial lipid metabolism disorders,oxidative stress and abnormal autophagy.
