摘要
“太一”是古代宇宙模型的理论总纲,是万物生成之源,也是贯通“人身小宇宙,宇宙大人身”理念的基础。从神、精、道三个层面对《黄帝内经》中的“太一”内涵进行了深入挖掘可知,“太一”总使心神,指挥五脏六腑维持正常的生理机能;“太一”始生肾精,意味着生命物质生成的开始;“太一”原道,感受大道本源,体悟“天人合一”“物我同一”的境界。在“虚静”状态中,可将“太一”总使心神和始生肾精统合起来,同时将“无形-具有统领指挥作用-天-阳-火”的神和“有形-具有承载化生作用-地-阴-水”的精化元为一,配合着天地自然宇宙万物的演化,从而通向“太一”的境界。所以,《黄帝内经》“太一”内涵为神、精、道三者完美的圆融统一体。
"Taiyi"is the theoretical outline of the ancient universe model,the source of the creation of all things,and the concept basis of"human being being the small universe while universe being the big human being".By understanding the connotation of"Taiyi"in Huang Di Nei Jing from three aspects:Shen,Essence and Dao,the followings are found out:"Taiyi"governs the mind and directs the Zang and Fu to maintain normal physiological functions;"Taiyi"produces Kidney Essence,which means the beginning of the generation of living matter;"Taiyi"illustrate the Dao for human to understand the origin of the Dao and realize the realm of"the unity of heaven and man"and"the unity of things and me".In the state of"vacancy and quietness",the Shen of the Heart and the primordial Kidney Essence of"Taiyi"can be integrated,and the Shen of"invisible existence-functioning in commanding all-Heaven-Yang-Fire"and"tangible existence-functioning in bearing and producing-Earth-Yin-Water"can be integrated into one.Being in line with the evolution of all things in the natural universe of Heaven and Earth"Taiyi"realm can be reached.Therefore,the connotation of"Taiyi"discussed in Huang Di Nei Jing is a perfect unity of Shen,Essence and Dao.
