糖尿病肾病评估中β2-微球蛋白联合胱抑素C检验的作用

Role ofβ2-microglobulin Combined with Cystatin C Test in the Evalua⁃tion of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的分析糖尿病肾病评估中β2-微球蛋白联合胱抑素C检验的作用。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月盐城市大丰人民医院收治的50例糖尿病肾病患者,设为观察组,并按照肾功能损伤程度分为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(n=15)、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期(n=22)、Ⅴ期(n=13)。另选取同期在本院进行健康体检的50名健康者设为对照组。两组均进行β2-微球蛋白、胱抑素C水平检验,比较两组及不同肾功能损伤程度患者的β2-微球蛋白、胱抑素C水平,以及分析β2-微球蛋白、胱抑素C单一检测及联合检测的诊断效能。结果与对照组比较,观察组β2-微球蛋白、胱抑素C水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。不同肾功能损伤程度患者β2-微球蛋白、胱抑素C水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。β2-微球蛋白、胱抑素C联合检验的灵敏度、特异度高于单一指标检验。结论在糖尿病肾病评估中,β2-微球蛋白联合胱抑素C检验的诊断效能高于单一检验。

Objective To analyze the effect ofβ2-microglobulin combined with cystatin C test in the evaluation of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 50 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Yancheng Dafeng People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,and were divided into stageⅠ-Ⅱ(n=15),stageⅢ-Ⅳ(n=22)and stage V(n=13)according to the degree of renal function injury.In addi⁃tion,50 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels ofβ2-microglobulin and cystatin C in the two groups were tested.The levels ofβ2-mi⁃croglobulin and cystatin C in the two groups and different degree of renal function injury were compared,and the diag⁃nostic efficacy of single detection and combined detection ofβ2-microglobulin and cystatin C was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the levels ofβ2-microglobulin and cystatin C in the observation group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The levels ofβ2-microglobulin and cystatin C in pa⁃tients with different degree of renal function injury were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of combined test ofβ2-microglobulin and cystatin C were higher than those of single index test.Conclusion In the assessment of the diabetic nephropathy,the diagnostic efficacy ofβ2-microglobulin combined with cystatin C test was higher than that of single test.
