2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖、血脂水平的相关性研究

Analysis of the Correlation between Glycated Hemoglobin A1c,Fasting Plasma Glucose and Blood Lipids in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)与空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、血脂的相关性。方法选取2021年1月—2023年8月淮南市阳光新康医院收治的84例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受HbA1c检测,根据检测结果将患者分为A组(28例,HbA1c<7.0%)、B组(26例,HbA1c为7.0%~9.0%)、C组(30例,HbA1c>9.0%)。对比3组患者FPG及血脂水平,并分析分析2型糖尿病患者HbA1c与FPG、血脂的相关性。结果C组FPG水平高于B组、A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于B组、A组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。HbA1c水平与FPG、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者HbA1c、FPG与血脂水平有着密切的关系。

Objective To analyze the correlation between glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)and fasting plasma glu⁃cose(FPG)and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 84 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Huainan Yangguang Xinkang Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.All patients received HbA1c test.According to the test results,the patients were divided into group A(28 cases,HbA1c<7.0%),group B(26 cases,HbA1c 7.0%-9.0%),and group C(30 cases,HbA1c>9.0%).The levels of FPG and blood lipids were compared among the three groups,and the correlation between HbA1c and FPG and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was analyzed.Results The level of FPG in group C was higher than that in groups B and A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol among 3 groups(P>0.05).The levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in group C were higher than those in groups B and A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of HbA1c were positively correlated with FPG,triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(all P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close correlation between HbA1c and FPG and blood lipid level in patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
