糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者采取胰岛素强化治疗的效果及对血糖水平的影响

Effect of Intensive Insulin Therapy and the Effect on Blood Glucose Level in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的分析糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者采取胰岛素强化治疗的疗效。方法回顾性选取2022年6月—2023年12月福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院收治的102例糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,各51例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用胰岛素强化治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血糖水平、胰岛功能。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者采取胰岛素强化治疗能够降低血糖水平、改善胰岛功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of intensive insulin therapy in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with intensive insulin therapy.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels,islet function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting insulin and insulin resistance index of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the isletβcell function index was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive insulin therapy in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction can reduce blood glucose level,improve islet function,and improve clinical efficacy.
