司美格鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Semaglutide Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析司美格鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)的临床疗效。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月兰山区人民医院收治的84例DM患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采取二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合司美格鲁肽治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血糖水平、体重及胰岛功能、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的80.95%(34/42),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.087,P=0.043)。治疗前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组体重及胰岛功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,观察组体重、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛β细胞分泌指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论司美格鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗DM效果显著,可以减轻患者体重,改善其血糖水平和胰岛功能,且用药安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of semaglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods A total of 84 patients with DM admitted to the Lanshan District People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,while the observation group was treated with metformin combined with semaglutide.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels,body weight,islet function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 80.95%(34/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.087,P=0.043).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,three were no significant different in body weight and islet function between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the body weight,insulin resistance index and isletβcell secretion index of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Semaglutide combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of DM,which can reduce the weight of patients,improve their blood glucose level and islet function,which has higher drug safety.
