磷酸西格列汀与格列美脲联用治疗对2型糖尿病患者血糖指标及不良反应的影响

Effect of Sitagliptin Phosphate Combined with Glimepiride on Blood Glucose Index and Adverse Reactions in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨磷酸西格列汀片与格列美脲片联用治疗对2型糖尿病患者血糖指标及不良反应情况的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月尤溪县总医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,各40例。对照组采用磷酸西格列汀+常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合格列美脲治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血糖指标、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛β细胞功能指数、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组空腹血糖,餐后2 h血糖,糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磷酸西格列汀联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病,可提高临床疗效,降低患者血糖指标水平,改善胰岛功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of sitagliptin phosphate tablets combined with glimepiride tablets on blood glucose index and adverse reactions in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Youxi County General Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sitagliptin phosphate+conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with glimepiride on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose in⁃dexes,insulin resistance index,isletβcell function index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,gly⁃cated hemoglobin A1c levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the insulin resistance index of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the isletβcell function index was higher than that of the control group,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sitagliptin phosphate combined with glimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the level of blood glucose indicators,and improve islet function.
