妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中运用健康教育的临床价值及对生活质量的影响

Clinical Value of Applying Health Education in the Nursing of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Its Impact on the Quality of Life

目的探讨健康教育运用在妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的临床价值以及对生活质量的影响作用。方法选取2023年1—12月莘县中医医院收治的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,按护理方法不同分为对照组(常规护理)、观察组(常规护理基础上加强健康教育),各30例。比较两组血糖指标、自护能力、自我管理效能、生活质量。结果干预后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,两组自护能力评分、自我管理效能评分、生活质量评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病护理中运用健康教育,可获得良好的护理干预效果,降低血糖水平,提高患者的自我管理效能与自护能力,促进优化生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical value of health education in the care of gestational diabetes mellitus patients and the influence of quality of life.Methods A total of 60 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treated in Shenxian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(strengthening health education on the basis of routine nursing)according to different nursing methods,with 30 cases each.Blood glucose indexes,self-care ability,self-management efficacy,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-care ability,self-management efficacy and quality of life in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education in the nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus can obtain good nursing intervention effect,reduce blood sugar level,improve patients'self-management efficiency and self-care ability,and promote the optimization of quality of life.
