护理干预在糖尿病患者胰岛素安全注射中的应用

Application of Nursing Intervention in the Safe Insulin Injection of Diabe⁃tes Patients

目的分析护理干预对糖尿病患者胰岛素安全注射的效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年4月于池州市中医医院住院的62例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组另加个性化技能指导护理。比较两组不良反应发生率、治疗依从率、满意度。结果观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效开展个性化技能指导护理干预,可减少不良反应,提高依从率。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the safe injection of insulin in diabetes patients.Methods A total of 62 diabetes patients hospitalized in Chizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group added personalized skill guidance nursing.The incidence of adverse reactions,treatment compliance rate and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective implementation of individualized skill guidance nursing intervention can reduce adverse reactions and improve compliance rate.
