药物铺灸治疗腰肌劳损的临床价值

Clinical Value of Drug Moxibustion Therapy in Lumbar Muscle Strain

目的对药物铺灸疗法在腰肌劳损患者治疗中的临床应用价值进行分析探讨。方法将115例腰肌劳损患者随机分为两组,观察组给予药物铺灸,对照组给予中药外敷,两组均隔天治疗1次,共进行30 d的临床观察,分别在治疗前和治疗10 d后、20 d后、30 d后进行功能障碍指数(ODI)评分,比较和分析两组疗效、ODI评分。结果观察组总有效率为94.74%(54/57),对照组总有效率为82.76%(48/58);观察组治愈率为50.88%(29/57),对照组治愈率为27.59%(16/58)。观察组总有效率、治愈率、治疗后ODI评分优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于中药外敷治疗而言,药物铺灸治疗腰肌劳损的临床效果更为理想。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of drug moxibustion therapy in lumbar muscle strain patients.Methods A total of 115 patients with lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was treated with drug moxibus⁃tion,and the control group was treated with external application of Chinese medicine.Both groups were treated once every other day,a total of 30 days of treatment observation.ODI score were given before treatment,10 days after treatment,20 days after treatment and 30 days after treatment.The curative effect and ODI score of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 94.74%(54/57)in the observation group and 82.76%(48/58)in the control group.The cure rate was 50.88%(29/57)in the observa⁃tion group and 27.59%(16/58)in the control group.The total effective rate,cure rate and ODI score of the observation group were bet⁃ter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of drug moxibustion on lumbar muscle strain is more ideal than external application of Chinese medicine.
