针灸治疗颈椎病神经根型疼痛的临床观察

Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Nerve Root Pain of Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨针灸对颈椎病神经根型疼痛的治疗效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年2月江苏省南京市六合区中医院收治的颈椎病神经根型疼痛患者100例,依照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,常规药物治疗)和观察组(50例,常规药物治疗联合针灸治疗),对比两组中医证候积分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者的中医证候积分、VAS评分、NDI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率为100.00%(50/50),显著高于对照组的80.00%(40/50)(P<0.05)。结论对颈椎病神经根型疼痛患者实施针灸治疗,可以降低其中医证候积分、VAS评分和NDI评分,提升临床效果,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on nerve root pain of cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with nerve root pain of cervical spondylosis admitted to Liuhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(50 patients,treated with conventional drugs)and the observation group(50 patients,treated with conventional drugs and acupuncture and moxibustion)according to the ran⁃dom number table.The TCM syndrome score,pain score,cervical dysfunction and clinical treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,VAS score and NDI score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 100.00%(50/50),which was significantly higher than that of control group(80.00%,40/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of nerve root pain of cervical spondylosis can reduce TCM syndrome score,VAS score and NDI score,improve clinical effect,and is worthy of promotion in clinical work.
